The Middleverse Central Command had traveled incredible distances in space-time via waypoint tech. To be able to slip past hundreds of millions of light years in a matter of moments really allowed the human race to expand and flourish.

Finding another home in the universe had become a piece of cake, as interstellar travel didn't take massive ships to get from place to place. Titania was a wonderfully habitable planet with massive nearby moons that kept the tides in check and even had seasons not to dissimilar from Earth. By 2470, people from Terra 4 would regularly vacation there.
