In the deepest reaches of the Scorpio system, a snowy ice planet Midrow was cast adrift without a companion star to encircle. There. the crew from the Warlock had arrived to assess the potential for resources and possibly life.

What they found however, was they weren't the first ones there. In the deep drifts of snow, near a cliff edge a strange portal had been built. By whom and for what purpose, no one knew at the time. Another such Waypoint for resource excavation rigs, maybe? Strangely the lights were on, yet nobody was home. 

Curious, a few of the astronauts thought it'd be cool to approach and assess. From what we know now, the crew was never found, and the Warlock was left adrift. One rescue pod was found, but no body was ever discovered down there. They did however find the portal with the lights still on.
